Cost-Valuator: Translating 3D geometry into quantified commercial risk.
Cost-Valuator was not conceptualised in a software lab; it was born from the harsh realities of physical construction sites. Before transitioning into Information Management, our founder, Sai Shyam P S, spent over half a decade in the trenches of civil engineering. Managing site execution, resource workflows, and strict regulatory compliance across more than 60 projects illuminated a massive industry disconnect.
On a physical site, an uncoordinated design error translates into massive physical waste—labour stands idle, materials are scrapped, and project margins bleed. After mastering the digital frameworks of the AEC industry with an MSc in BIM & Digital Transformation, a critical gap remained: standard federated BIM software is excellent at flagging a geometric clash, but it completely ignores the commercial reality. A pipe intersecting a structural beam isn't just a "3D collision"—it is a £35,000 contractual liability.
Cost-Valuator was architected to be the missing bridge.
Every layer of the platform is engineered to turn coordination noise into contractual, costed action.
